Carol's Favorite Stars and Beautiful Swimming Movies

Carol recalls that she did not go to the movies very often in high school, but names many favorite stars. She also liked Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, Abbott and Costello, and Johnny Weismuller as Tarzan. She especially loved Esther Williams's movies, remembering flowers woven into her wrapped hair and the beautiful synchronized swimming and underwater extravaganzas.

I also liked Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, Abbott and Costello, and Johnny Weismuller as Tarzan. I just loved any movie with Esther Williams. I remember how she would have her hair wrapped around her head with flowers woven into it. Her movies had a lot of synchronized swimming and underwater extravaganzas, which I thought were beautiful.
